This is a Xr-100 that we rebarreled (sorry for the poor pic). We squared the action and bolt, lapped the lugs, surface ground the recoil lug, glassbedded the action and installed a 1/8 twist Benchmark barrel and finished it at 28 1/2". Caliber is 6 BR. The customer brought the target by the shop that he shoot at 100 yds, the group is 5 shoots and measuring from outside to outside and subtracting the bullet dia. it measured .015. Very fine shooting on our customers part..

XR-100 204

Here is a 204 Ruger we recently rebarreled for a customer. The action has been squared, recoil lug surface ground, bolt lapped in, action glassbedded, Benchmark 1/11 twist 20 cal barrel finished @ 24" and the barrel has been Duracoated.

This is a sniper rifle we were contracted to build for a Police Dept. It is a Remington 700 short action glassbedded into an HS Precision stock using a Benchmark 3 groove barrel chambered in 308 win, Leupold Mark 4 scope with night vision mount milled into the stock in the forend.
After barrel breakin this rifle shot one group measuring .326 and one measuring .244 at 100 yds using Federal Gold Medal match 168 gr factory ammo.

Here is a switch barrel we built for a customer. It is built off of a Remington 700 long action, Recoil lug has been pinned with two pins into the action. Action has been bedded into a Mcmillian HTG stock. It currently has two barrels, one in 243 win. and one in 22-250 rem. Both barrels and action have been duracoated..

By doing the two pins holding the recoil lug and using a rear entry action wrench we provide you are able to change barrels without taking the action out of the stock..
